As a member of the NZ Green Building Council Chenery’s design team understands the importance of spending extra time at the planning stage to consider additional factors, such as operational costs and environmental impacts; ‘green’ alternatives are generally not more expensive over the building life cycle and can result in a measurable reduction of the environmental impacts of a building.
